These terms govern your use of the Bizzibo website, seller panel and marketplaces. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.

About these terms
Bizzibo operates an online marketplace that connects buyers with independent sellers and service providers across four marketplaces: B2B, B2C, Services and Global Sourcing.
Bizzibo is not the seller of the goods or services listed by sellers. Each sale is a contract between the buyer and the seller.
Who can use Bizzibo
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.
Sellers must register a business, keep their account details accurate and complete the verification we ask for.
Accounts and verification
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password and one-time codes private.
We may ask for documents such as GST registration to verify a business, and may suspend an account whose details cannot be verified.
Listings and content
Sellers are responsible for their listings — descriptions, prices, stock, images and compliance with the law, including packaging and labelling rules.
We may remove content that is misleading, infringing or otherwise breaks these terms.
Orders, payments and cancellations
An order is confirmed when the seller accepts it. Prices shown include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Cancellation, return and refund options depend on the product and the seller’s stated policy, within the limits set by consumer protection law.
Fees and plans
Sellers may subscribe to a paid plan. Plan prices, what each plan includes and any commission are shown before you pay.
Subscription fees are exclusive of GST, which is added at checkout.
Prohibited items and conduct
You may not list or buy items that are illegal, counterfeit, hazardous or restricted, or use Bizzibo to harass others, send spam or interfere with the service.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Bizzibo is not liable for indirect losses or for the acts of buyers and sellers. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with its date and, for significant changes, tell registered users in advance.
